Reviews are decidedly mixed… on bodybuilding.com for example all reviews are really positive, with the exception of some users not liking the sour taste of the lime flavor.. looking elsewhere, the story is a bit different with a number of users being totally dissatisfied with the results with one user telling us that in his experience, you get could get better effect from an energy drink..
Overall hard to judge – could possibly suit some users.

Reported Side effects
Apart from the sour taste and a few mild stomach upsets, there has not been any adverse reports of side effects
Where To Buy
The Aforementioned bodybuilding.com and Amazon seem to be the main stockists.. expect to pay between $39.99 – 59.99 for 60 serves…
We are not a great fan of powder based thermogenics…. we prefer pill based supplements as they tend to be more effective overall.
The formula is actually built around the fat burning effects of L-Carnitine…. it’s certainly the largest ingredient ( by amount per dose) in the mix.. we have looked into the clinical studies carried out on this ingredient and overall the scientific facts are that it does not itself generate any increased fat burning effects….Studies involving lab rats have been inconclusive.… it can however help to reduce fatigue and therefore could have a benefit by helping the user to workout at a higher level for longer.
Choline Bitartrate is a compound commonly found in the yolks of eggs.. its uses include the boosting of cognitive function and it has shown some abilities to stop fat build up in the liver.. overall as a fat burning ingredient it is untested and its effects unknown.
Evodia Rutaecarpa – plant based fruit used in chinese traditional medicine as a warming agent to raise the body temperature… it could have a potential for fat burning but there are no documented studies that have studied this effect in any depth.
Has been shown to be rather hard to absorb in the body, and there is a suggestion that its ingestion could negate the effects of caffeine in the supplement.
Not A Product That We Would Recommend – In Our Opinion Its Largely Unproven And Ineffective..
